DRAGA OBRADOVIC. Born in Cecak, Serbia, 1964. She started to work in fashion first as a model and later as a fashion designer for women’s collections. As a designer, she attempts to achieve a union between painting and style. She achieved the ultimate expression of this desire in textile design.The German artist Aurel K. Basedow has chisen to develop the potential of resin through strong pictorial expression. His application to epoxy resins and pigments to walls, furniture and design items has produced unexpected transformations that have given us unique pieces that, together with the furnishings upholstered with Draga’s fabrics, create a fascinating and stylistically successful union.
