This vast and various assortment with over thousand possible combinations of materials (from plywood to polycarbonate to polypropylene, to upholstered, etc.), structures (in steel tube or steel rod, with legs, on wheels, on star base, etc., also available with arms), and colours (from pastels to the brightest shades) offers solutions for every possible need for both the home and the contract sector. Year: 2010/2014.

Marcel Wanders (Boxtel, 1963) graduated with honours from the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten (ArtEZ Institute of the Arts) in Arnhem in 1988. Marcel’s chief concern is to bring the human touch back to design, ushering in what he calls design’s ‘new age;’ in which designer, craftsperson and user are reunited. In his process, Marcel defies design dogma, preferring instead of focus on holistic rather than technocratic solutions. In Marcel’s universe, the coldness of industrialism is replaced by the poetry, fantasy and romance of different ages, vividly brought to life in the contemporary moment.

Magis was established in 1976 in the north east of Italy, one of Europe's most dynamic industrial areas. Its success is based on the desire to provide a broad swathe of users with access to high functional and technological quality products for the home, developed in partnership with major international designers, with a vision of the resulting products that is ethical and poetic as well as aesthetic.

Magis products are dedicated to their international public and are all 100% “Made in Italy”: a guarantee of high quality, in line with the firm's tradition, which has developed from its craftsmanship and cultural roots, through the evolving styles and industrial growth of the eighties and nineties, and continues to comprise one of the company's greatest and most valuable assets.
