Bones is elegant in its slender shape but at the same time strong in its build. Its generous volume is softened by a subtle edge that makes it light. Bones is reversible, that is to say it can be stood up with the wide end on top or that end can be used as the base whenever greater stability is needed or preferred. On an engineering level Bones is fantastic, with an invisible internal structure that provides the necessary strength, transmitting the weight from the base of the container to the base of the flowerpot to bear the weight of any plant or tree. Bones is made of resin of PE by means of the rotational moulding technique and is available with various VONDOM finishes.
Ludovica+Roberto Palomba, architects, work and live in Milan. They founded Palomba Serafini Associati in 1994. They received numerous international awards such as Compasso D’Oro, Elle Decoration International Design Award, Red Dot, Design Plus, Good Design Award, German Design Award. Ludovica+Roberto Palomba plan architectures and design exhibitions worldwide. They work and are art director for some of the most established brands.
